Wilsonart in Temple, Texas currently has an opening for a Production Supervisor working on the overnight shift. ***Shift: M-F 12am-9am in Cut To Size***

5+ Years relevant experience in a manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
- Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
- Assist in developing and orientate new team members

- Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
- Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members

5+ Years relevant experience in a manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
