Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, FinTech Vertical, the Senior Administrative Assistant will perform all administrative tasks in support of North American Sale team.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate travel for the North America team
- Help with the on-boarding of new employees
- Prepare standing and ad-hoc meetings as requested by team. Coordinate any logistical requirements (meeting space, projector, supplies, easels, refreshments, etc.)
- Schedule appointments and meticulously maintain calendars for team
- Prepare and submit expense reports for team, ensuring all reimbursements are quickly processed and balanced against expense submissions
- Process orders for new equipment or new requisitions through the procurement management system
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Periodic interactions with external clients
- Maintain confidence and protect operations by exhibiting appropriate discretion to keep information confidential
Qualifications
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years providing administrative support at an executive level
- Superior computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), expense reporting systems and travel booking systems
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, particularly with internal and external executives
- Ability to familiarize self with company products, standards, processes in multiple areas of Experian
- Ability to familiarize self with roles and responsibilities of different organizations in multiple areas of Experian
- Ability to work closely with Assistants from other business units and all regions around the world

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
