The Client Consulting function plays a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills.  Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals. A Client Consultant should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with limited supervision from others. Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the analytics team members and begin to lead the client service efforts with intermediate complexity 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

You will be engaging and counselling with clients, ensuring that you act on behalf of not only the client, but also the organisation. We are looking for someone who can build trust and credibility easily, and who can stand their ground where required. You will need deep composites expertise, a strong working knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and adept at working with performance analytics systems like ours or other competing systems.

You may have worked as a ‘Client Consultant’, or 'Client Specialist’.
