How you'll contribute
A Certified Surgical Technician who excels in this role:Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Set up the operating room prior to procedures
- Assist surgeons during procedures (passing instruments, maintaining sterile field)
- Ensure all surgical supplies are available and accounted for
- Monitor patient safety and maintain infection control standards
Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures

What we’re looking for
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a physician office, clinic, or hospital setting preferred.
Certifications
- Certified Surgical Technician required from a nationally recognized organization (AST, NBSTSA, NHA)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Handle with Care certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
