The position of Staffing Specialist will be based out of our Dallas, TX location! (Hybrid)

Summary

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for temporary labor program coordination and sourcing and recruiting for open employee roles, as assigned.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire temporary labor process through the use of Fieldglass Vendor Management System
  • Identify qualified temporary staffing agencies per market to meet business demand and build and maintain effective working relationships with agencies
  • Track agency metrics using vendor scorecarding process to ensure strong customer service, evaluate vendor performance, provide feedback to vendors, and work with Talent Acquisition leadership to optimize the number of vendor partners 
  • Provide temp labor program oversight to ensure Rexel managers comply with company policies and procedures and to ensure temporary agencies comply with their contracts
  • Source, recruit, and fill open roles as assigned
  • Establish a positive, internal brand for efficient and fast service with hiring managers
  • Think creatively to implement best practices that meet talent needs across the business
  • Collaborate and build relationships with the Rexel managers and the Human Resources team to better understand their business, areas of responsibility, and staffing needs, maximize the level of service, and provide cost-effective service solutions to exceed expectations
  • Analyze overall performance, internal data, stakeholder feedback, and external best practices to identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Reduce the time, cost, and number of steps in the process for the hiring manager and internal Talent Acquisition team from when the position is open to the right candidate is cleared to start 
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent    
  • 2+ years of experience in temporary labor manager service provider (MSP), talent acquisition, or as an HR Generalist
  • Preferred experience in the temporary labor service provider industry
  • Preferred experience managing vendor contracts
  • Preferred experience sourcing & recruiting, especially high-volume roles
  • Preferred experience using a Vendor Management System

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentations
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong capabilities in Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build workbooks in Excel and analyze, manipulate, and interpret data 
  • Ability to build professional presentations in PowerPoint which visually communicate analysis, proposals, and new ways of working 
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the company is required
