LHHAbout the role
Leadership Development Consultant, Associate
Our team is strategically transitioning towards a more flexible operational model, prioritizing a variable workforce over full-time resources to enhance our adaptability to market fluctuations and sustain profitability for the organization. To address these needs, we require agile resources who can swiftly respond to sales opportunities when our core team is stretched or unavailable. Additionally, we seek a versatile professional who can step into a Solutions Consultant role to design and potentially oversee leadership development programs. Moreover, we need Associates with advanced assessment experience who can effectively administer and provide feedback on various assessment tools. The position could be divided between Sales Development Support (70%) and Service Delivery (30%).
