THE JOB:

As a Room Service Food Server at Bellagio, you’ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you’ll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they’ve left the casino floor.

STARTING RATE: $14.2621/hr plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous Experience:  Three (3)+ years of prior experience in a in room dining or room service role

• Resort/Casino Experience: Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.

• Certifications: Alcohol and Food Card required
