Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Retail Food Safety Compliance

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This position will be located at our brand new home office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

As the Senior Manager Retail Food Safety and Compliance, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of food safety strategy and operations to support our associates, stores and clubs in providing safe food to our customers and members. 

What you’ll do….

• Support the development and maintenance of Walmart's food safety standards and compliance procedures by reacting to changes in food safety laws. 

• Support the regulatory contact process for the U.S. operations team. 

• Direct and influence the implementation of food safety standards across stores and clubs. 

• Utilize data and analytics to reduce risk, enhance compliance and improve processes. 

What you’ll bring….

• Experience building and designing globally harmonized programs across multi-disciplinary businesses, each with unique physical and digital assets. 

• Solid track record of delivering operational efficiencies to a global risk and/or compliance program using data and predictive analytics. 

• You are a strategic, influential, and progressive food safety advocate with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a highly complex, rapidly evolving environment.  

• You are someone who builds trust and credibility and inspires associates across the business.  

• You are action-oriented, resourceful, and approachable while also having the ability to influence and lead change, based on your deep scientific knowledge and network.
