A Day in the Life

Join our dynamic team in Billerica, MA, as a Logistics Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in logistics operations, efficiency, and management.

This critical position offers the opportunity to oversee and optimize logistics processes, manage resources, and collaborate with various departments within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your efforts will directly support our strategic goal of meeting the market demand for our cutting-edge cardiac ablation devices, ensuring timely delivery and availability of these life-saving products.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Control the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information from point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, to customer placement.
• Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet market demand.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to optimize logistics processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor logistics staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Generate reports on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

• 3+ years previous experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor in a medical device company.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in logistics.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$63,200.00 - $94,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
