Warehouse Inventory Clerk_Shift_1

JOB SUMMARY

Warehouse Outbound Clerk will have responsibility for handling picking/shipping processes in a warehouse environment.  Printing, sorting and distributing pick tickets, handling customer service issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Print, sort and distribute pick tickets for shipping team
• Confirming pick tickets
• Answer emails, track shipments
• Customer service, communicating with customers and dealers
• Monitor On-line Services to ensure proper tracking
• Run daily reports
• Research and handle T.O. failures
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma 
• Computer literate
• Good writing skills
• Able to multitask
• Able to interact with shipping team and provide support

Preferred:

• Ability to review process/system issues identify root cause and take actions solve them
• Works independently and is proactive
• Data querying from multiple sources

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work requires some muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as standing for long periods of time, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
