Purpose for the Position: 

To serve food in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner to patrons at counters and tables of our lounge and dining establishment where food service is informal, thereby adding to a positive guest experience.

Essential Responsibilities: 

1. Presents menu, answers question, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
2. Takes food and beverage orders.
3. Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
4. Observes guest to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed.
5. Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to cashier.
6. May clear and reset counters or table at conclusion of each course.
7. Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
8. Required to be always in uniform when working on the property including wearing name identification badge.
9. Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company.  
10. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.  

Skills and Abilities: 

• Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions; lift, bend, stoop, walk, push, or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor.

Physical Demands: Medium work. Exerting up to 10 to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, and or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

 Requirements 

• High school completion or an equivalent level of education and experience.
• Must thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced working environment.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.

Attendance:

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by WCG, Inc. from time to time, is essential to be successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance/ tardies will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Windsor Capital Group, Inc. rules and regulations and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
