 What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in providing exceptional care

• Foster a positive, relationship-based culture that encourages teamwork and accountability

• Champion quality and safety initiatives to ensure outstanding resident outcomes

• Oversee staffing, education, and performance development for nursing staff

• Collaborate across departments to deliver holistic, resident-centered care

• Maintain survey readiness and compliance with DOH regulations

 What You’ll Bring

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing or long-term care experience (leadership experience preferred)

• License: Current NYS RN license

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• A genuine passion for working with older adults and leading a caring team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Meditech and other healthcare software

Salary based on years of experience as  Nurse Manger: $89,000.00-$105,000.00
