Pool Cocktail Server

The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring seasonal Pool Cocktail Servers to enhance the guest experience by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service. This position involves taking orders, delivering items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized service area, all while upholding responsible alcohol service practices.

• Deliver food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the pool area.
• Ensure excellent quality food and beverage products are served at all times.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure legal drinking age.
• Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.
• Uphold cleanliness standards for the service station and shared areas.
• Perform financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
• Promote a fun, friendly, and safe environment for guests.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level position; no prior work experience required.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and kneel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in climate-controlled environments and casino floors with exposure to smoke and noise.
