Process Operator (Butter Chunker) - 1st Shift $23.57

Sets up, adjusts, and monitors dough depositor and related systems. Assists and directs associates working on the depositing line. Controls the speed of the ovens to produce consistent color, crust, and moisture content in all bake products. Places trays onto racks as they exit the ovens. Contributes to the day to day expectations of production, including high quality, output rates and maintaining a safe work environment. Constant interaction with other line associates, operators and team leaders.

• Checks production schedule for current product and select appropriate equipment.
• Sets up and inspects via pre-op requirements.
• Monitors depositor, ovens and related equipment, according to product specifications, sanitary and safety guidelines.
• Coordinates and performs sanitary changeovers according to production schedule.
• Informs Team Leader of excessive waste produced during the depositing, and baking process.
• Measures, weighs and monitors dough disks against specifications along with any garnish added to the top.
• Loads auto pan feeder. 
• Informs maintenance of any needed repairs.
• Communicates with Team Leader, operators and maintenance regarding product quality and equipment operation.
• Communicates with Oven operator, gathering finished product information. 
• Works on line and assists mixer as time permits.
• Follows company policies regarding attendance, quality, and safety.
• Tears down equipment at the end of the manufacturing day and wash their own blocks, even during change-overs.
• Tracks lot codes of food contact materials, such as parchment and brownie trays.
• Log pallet movement on production freezer sheets correctly and validate against warehouse freezer sheets as job is completed.
• Must follow all allergen guidelines, i.e. containers, aprons and utensils.
• Must follow GMP requirements.
• Communicate with following shift any information critical to production.
