Responsibilities
- Create projects and manage Fleet Managers of Connected Business Systems performance to achieve Connected Maintenance, InfoLink Health, report distribution and custom report development to customers.
- Prioritize work, assign tasks, and review results.
- Responsible for ensuring proper resources are available and assist when needed to promote successful and on time project completion or problem resolution.
- Manage daily tasks and project performance of the Data Services Interns.
- Evaluate and anticipate work volume and assign/distribute work to Fleet Managers and Interns accordingly.

Participate in research, development, testing and implementation of new business systems on-line features.

Validate and cleanse data, and ensure InfoLink Health alerts, performance reviews and other custom reports are delivered timely.

Provide quality assurance to the business intelligence developer group.

Ensure InfoLink, FleetSTATS, Motive Power and other company business system data is complete and accurate for billing and reporting purposes.

Work with respective teams to manage exceptions, develop and execute processes and implement improvements.

Develop business processes that ensure InfoLink business operations flow smoothly between InfoLink departments and customers.

Determine input and output report parameters to ensure data results are accurate and on time.

Provide direction on global strategy and processes for EMEA and APAC regarding automated report delivery as well as data cleansing for data warehouses in order to keep reporting accurate with respect to company names, truck locations and other key data points.

Perform duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews.

Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training, both full time employees and interns.

Handle complex personnel situations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7years related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Data Science
- Previous Supervisory Experience
