• Create strong business partnerships with business partners across Server Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Own financial forecasting for several large areas of server CapEx, including peripherals and custom purpose capacity (eg AI research).
• Own forecasting and reporting for our public cloud spending, working closely with teams in production engineering, capacity planning, and various FB groups requesting that capacity.
• Work with the data center team to develop forecasting and reporting for server spares.
• Support Finance Managers with large quarterly deliverables including rack pricing and component tracking.
• Support tracking of contractual commitments to key suppliers and vendors.
• Develop tools to automate and streamline reporting, and create financial KPIs and metrics that help business partners make financial decisions.
• Move quickly to pull together financial data and perspectives by developing a strong understanding of our systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a closely-related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign Equivalent accepted.
  
  Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
• 1. Finance, business operations, or strategy consulting, including FP&A
• 2. Developing forecasts, tracking actuals and variance, and writing understandable narratives around financial data
• 3. PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, Oracle, SQL ,and Hyperion
• 4. Financial modelling using Microsoft Excel.
