About the Job The Assistant Director of Campus Activities & Leadership (CA&L) will assist in planning, promoting, and managing a broad spectrum of campus activities and programs, which will cultivate a vibrant/active social life on campus and help to nurture student leadership development. We believe in Christ-like servant leadership, and with this foundation, our team promotes innovation, creativity, and problem-solving in our programming and planning processes. We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Student Affairs or related area preferred.
- Administrative experience at the collegiate level to include managing large-scale campus events as well as overseeing a complete array of fiscal and operational complexities associated with co-curricular event and program planning required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated record of successful administrative leadership and experience managing and supervising professional and support staff.
- Ability to sustain communication with diverse groups, anticipate problems, reconcile conflicts, and maintain a strong student affairs philosophical base for student engagement, development and support.
