JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Associate II, Bill Pay/Asset Delivery processes client requests accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with documented processes and procedures. Provides exceptional service to our clients via phone and email; processes and reviews complex tasks and transactions in high volumes; maintains documentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews and processes distributions, bill pays, and internal movements accurately and in accordance with client instructions and approved procedures
- Processes transactions efficiently and manages time to meet or exceed the team productivity target
- Sets up/updates/cancels recurring payments per client request
- Executes call back procedures to provide consistent, high-quality service to our clients
- Assists colleagues across the organization to resolve client issues

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Assists Team Lead and Supervisor with performing research and responding to colleagues’ requests
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external sources via e-mail and telephone
- Collects outstanding fees from clients
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the retirement and/or financial industries
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION(S):
• None required
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate 10 key skills
- Able to type at least 45+ WPM preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The Associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. It requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
