About the role

You bridge the gap between our customer’s business use cases centered around Real-time Claims Adjudication and the software features that are required to support those use cases.

You understand the daily operations and procedures that US healthcare payers perform to support their business, and you are aware of the trends and shifts in the US healthcare market. 

You engage with our customers and prospects to share our roadmap and vision, to understand their business needs and to work towards a possible solution supported by our products and services.

You document and business requirements that are detailed enough to serve as the foundation for our engineering team to create solid solution designs. After delivering business requirements, you stay involved throughout the software development cycle to provided context and clarity, making sure that the delivered solution stays aligned with our customer’s business needs.

Responsibility What is expected? Content leadership

Keep up with the industry trends and changes in the area of risk adjustments and value-based reimbursement models.

Drive the roadmap for our products / services in your area (Real-time claims).

Author collateral documentation for products / services in your area of expertise, e.g. Statement of Direction, Solution Descriptions and Competitive vendor analyis

Train/educate other product managers and engineers in your area of expertise (Real-time Claims).

Learn about the various existing solutions that Oracle Health offers today, relevant to your area of expertise. 

Customer engagement

Lead workshops with our customers to learn about their needs and daily challenges.  

Convert what you learned into opportunities for us to improve our services, documented in the form of Product Requirement Documents.

Support our sales organization in the role of subject matter expert for relevant opportunities.

Attend / speak at industry events sharing our visions, roadmaps and how our products help our customers

Enable engineering

Contribute to the solution design and functional architecture of the products that you own.

Support our engineers by providing business context and the customer’s point of view.

Validate the engineering deliverables against the product requirement documents, making sure that our solutions do what they are supposed to do.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
