WE LOVE OUR WORK.

-Provide guest services for guests of the restaurant.-Receive cash or credit card from customers in payment for goods or services.-Computes bill on P.O.S. System or adding machine, makes change, and issues receipt.-May be required to know value of menu items.-May give cash refunds or credit memorandums as directed by Supervisor/Manager.-Greets and seats patrons.-Coordinates and controls the flow of the Restaurant.-Assigns stations to servers and bus persons.-Supervises the restaurant during the absence of the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager.-Interacts between Service Staff and Patrons when difficult situations arise.-Ensures that Service Quality and Standards are followed.-Answer telephone in a professional manner.

-Must be at least 17 years of age.-High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.-Previous cash handling experience is preferred.-Must have excellent guest service skills.-Able to operate a point of sale (POS) System and/or adding machine and make change.-Must have basic math skills.-Adequate mathematical skills and the ability to understand and utilize a POS system/count money and provide change.-Able to work varied shifts and hours.-Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
