Job Overview:

 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Scrum Master and Project Manager with extensive expertise in S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery using Agile methodologies. This role requires a strong background in SAP, particularly S/4HANA, and a proven track record in both project management and Scrum Master roles.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the Scrum team in Agile principles and practices to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum processes and principles.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of S/4HANA.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively to all stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project metrics and performance indicators.

 

Qualifications 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in Scrum (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent).
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 years focused on S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration points.
