MissionVet is a multi-disciplinary veterinary specialty and emergency hospital, and we are currently seeking a full-time Client Patient Coordinator (CPC} to help us continue to build our specialty practice and work in on our critical care team. As an essential part of our hospital, our CPC’s play a vital role, using their compassion, communication, and expertise to provide exceptional care for patients and support for our clients. Position Overview:
The purpose of a CPC is to act as an extension of the doctor and technicians, to keep the clients updated with facts and financial information when appropriate and directed to do so. Calm the clients fears and at times bring them refreshments, tissues, anything that will make their experience more comfortable when going through the stressful time of an ill pet.

Compensation:
- $16-$20/hr, depending on experience
- Full Time
- 4 x10 Hour Shifts
- Sunday – Wednesday
- 8am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Maintain accurate medical records, provide owner updates, facilitate visits, and ensure clean and prepared kennels and wards.
- Financials: Create and audit estimates/invoices, handle payments, deposits, and insurance claims.
- Diagnostics: Collect and track lab samples, manage imaging processes, and keep diagnostic records updated.
- Client Communication: Manage daily planner, emails, discharge info, and maintain accurate client/patient details.
- Discharges: Prepare and review discharge materials, ensure patient readiness, and send summaries to owners and referring vets.
- Appointments & Transfers: Room clients, gather and present patient history, update software, and review care plans and estimates.
- Euthanasia Support: Coordinate paperwork, body care, and memorial items respectfully.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with specialty departments and track hospitalized patients.
- General Duties: Follow protocols, assist other teams, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, and work scheduled holidays.
- At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician or veterinary technician assistant required.
