Position Summary
As a Regional Manager at AlffCo, you will oversee the budget and operations within your assigned region. This role involves managing Territory Vendor Managers, and Field Operations Managers, while coordinating regional budgets with corporate leadership. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular site visits and ensuring work quality. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in staff development, policy implementation, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data from various services, including landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and exterior facility maintenance to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost-efficiency, service quality, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to interpret complex data sets and recommend actionable solutions for enhancing business processes.
- Conduct budget analysis and support forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with AlffCo’s financial goals.
- Provide data-driven insights for vendor management, helping to assess vendor performance and optimize relationships.
- Analyze employee performance and productivity data to support HR in improving workforce planning, particularly in high-turnover areas.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements that drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Support special projects and initiatives by providing in-depth analysis and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhering to AlffCo values and professionalism
- Weekends/nights may be required
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years or more of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field, such as project management.
- Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of property maintenance, general construction, or industry standards is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of management experience in the facility maintenance or construction industry, with familiarity in operational processes within a service-based business environment and a preferred bachelor’s degree in business management, Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Computer Skills
- Extensive knowledge of database programs, proficient navigation of communication such as basic knowledge of Salesforce and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Teams, and SharePoint.
