This key role will enable Hempel’s Double Impact Strategy by strongly supporting the commercial organization. Reporting directly to our Commercial Excellence Manager – EMEA, this position is based in our Polinyà, Spain office.

It offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive decision-making and daily engagement with colleagues worldwide.

What you can look forward to in this role:

• Actively work with the sales teams to reach their targets with clear commercial processes that drive growth
• Facilitate performance reviews with country/regional managers
• Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM & PowerBI) usage
• Find opportunities for improvement and standardization in commercial processes
• Conduct data analyses of customers and product sales data
• Support Global ComEx team with in-country insights to improve our global commercial approach
• Lead ad-hoc strategic commercial projects with impact across EMEA

What does it take to become our new team member?

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Data Science
• Some experience in Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Business development or Strategic/Management Consulting roles
• High level of Microsoft office skills especially PPT, Excel (Large data set analysis),
• Experience using Power BI & a CRM
• Willing to travel when required
• Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing in English, either Spanish or French will be a plus
