Work you’ll do:
- Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare new or changes to existing product documentation, manuals, SOPs, etc.
- Produce and/or edit highly technical documentation. Consolidate technical inputs and analyses to produce a logical understandable document.
- Perform content management functions such as document organization using a central repository.
- May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Qualifications
Required :
- Master's Degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 18 years of experience required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Must be local to the Colorado Springs, CO area and able to come onsite to Colorado Springs, CO.
- 10-18+ years of experience with technical writing including technical editing, proofreading, copy editing, etc.
- 10- 18+ years of experience with developing technical documentation including test plans, reports, and briefing materials.
- 10- 18+ years of experience with document editing, structure, and logic flow for both technical and non-technical audiences.
