About the role

About this role:

We are looking for a detail oriented, highly skilled, and motivated Business Execution Senior Manager to be responsible for managing and leading critical initiatives/teams within the mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The person hired for this position will be responsible for leading initiatives while managing a team of business execution consultants. This person must have the ability to partner across the enterprise, while working across multiple organizational entities in scope and impact with moderate to significant risk to the organization. 


In this role, you will:

  • Manage transition teams and all transition activities associated with a transaction

  • Be a working manager who understands the details while providing thought leadership to the Business Groups, Enterprise Functions, and your team.

  • Be driven by deadlines and manage key details in a complex transition environment.

  • Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish Transition and Integration plans.

  • Create and deliver presentations to senior management on status and plans, including progress reports.

  • Develop and implement program level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.

  • Manage and partner with a large cross-enterprise team.

  • Need strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time.

  • Work in a highly confidential environment and self-manage your work and your team's work.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Merger, acquisition, or divestitures knowledge

  • Large Scale Program Leadership and management within a complex environment

  • Change Management Leadership

  • Vendor Management or Supply Chain Management

  • Conflict Management and Decision-Making skills

  • Problem Analysis and Solution Implementation experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Advanced Facilitation Skills

  • Solid Negotiation Skills

  • Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, and Wdesk


Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the specific locations included in this job posting.

  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Candidates must be willing to work non-traditional hours as needed

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
