About The Opportunity

Position Title: Manager, IT Infrastructure (Server Infrastructure)
Position Overview:
As the Manager of IT Infrastructure at Menasha Corporation, you and your team will be responsible for the design, install, and support of our corporate server infrastructure. You will also be a key member of our Cloud transformation initiatives, leading the migration from on-premises data centers to cloud-based and hybrid solutions. You'll be the go-to for technical and administrative support across multiple network topologies and operating systems. This role is critical in maintaining and optimizing our computing resources, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain server infrastructure (hardware/software).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team
- Support and maintain user account information, security, and system groups.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services and applications.
- Oversee internet systems and web services performance, ensuring capacity planning and recommending improvements.
- Develop and maintain security processes and procedures.
- Procure and manage internet domain names and security certificates.
- Conduct and guide internal and external audits, ensuring compliance.
- Support disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Monitor and maintain network documentation and user manuals.
- Lead the migration from on-premises data centers to cloud-based solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and integration.
- Identify and implement cloud technologies that provide greater flexibility, dependability, and efficiency for our business units.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred (10+ years of related experience acceptable).
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE) preferred.
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 10+ of experience in configuring, supporting, and maintaining Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and network client/server systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration, file access and sharing, general server hardware, communication protocols (TCP/IP, SOAP, HTTPS), and web services administration (APACHE, TOMCAT, Microsoft IIS).
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to senior executive leadership.
- Possess a solid overall understanding of IT infrastructure to drive strategic innovation.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
