This role establishes enterprise-wide source-to-pay strategies, policies, and systems, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities. The Vice President drives strategic supplier partnerships, oversees complex negotiations, and develops scalable processes to support Dyne’s growth. Additionally, this role provides leadership visibility through reporting, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enable informed decision-making and sustained organizational impact.</p> <p>This role is based in Waltham, MA.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <p><em>Procurement Strategy &amp; Operations</em></p> <ul> <li>Establish and execute a long-term vision and roadmap for Procurement aligned to Dyne’s strategic objectives</li> <li>Design and implement scalable, end-to-end source-to-pay processes, policies, and governance frameworks</li> <li>Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose operating model, including organizational design and staffing strategy</li> <li>Partner with IT to select, implement, and optimize procurement systems integrated with enterprise platforms</li> <li>Lead procurement compliance activities, including audit readiness and documentation standards</li> </ul> <p><em>Strategic Sourcing &amp; Cross-Functional Partnership</em></p> <ul> <li>Lead complex, high-value sourcing initiatives, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting support</li> <li>Partner closely with Finance, Legal,
