Purpose

  • Direct report to Sr. Manager, Interactive Marketing, in supporting the Hyundai consumer-facing website (Hyundaiusa.com) initiatives and working cross functionally with business partners to achieve brand vision & objectives.

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of HyundaiUSA.com and campaign microsites including general maintenance and reporting in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Perform continued H.com checks for bugs and minor maintenance ticket items, as well as suggest areas for enhancement.
  • Support website content development and CG asset generation projects from inception to implementation; oversee the production process and collaboration with core teams.
  • Assist in website updates; proactively ensure all aspects of the website are current, accurate, and continuously updated.
  • Integrate and optimize mobile, tablet, desktop sites and mobile apps into Hyundai’s marketing ecosystem.
  • Define business requirements and scope for projects by clearly communicating HMA business expectations, feedback and approvals to involved parties.
  • Serve as central point of contact for project information and stakeholder needs.
  • Design and execute rigorous testing procedures to ensure high quality production deliverables.
  • Construct and administer detailed project plans and communicate comprehensive success metrics.
  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
  • Conduct weekly business QA checks of HeyHyundai to understand recurring issues and monitor status of tickets with IUS/Perficient.

Major Responsibilities (continued)

  • Assist with H.com updates/requests from other HMA Business Units.
  • Work with T3/Hyundai Drive stakeholders to increase dealer and sales personnel awareness and participation in the test drive program.
  • Manage privacy portal and requests from the Privacy team.
  • Submit vendor invoices, PRs, and change requests as needed for approval in SAP.
  • Assist with UATs for H.com updates and functionalities such as HeyHyundai and managed chat.
  • Manage various analytics reporting including HeyHyundai, managed chat, BlueLink, and Drive.
  • Understand IUS/HMA processes to ensure timely creation, review, and deployment of various tickets and projects.
  • Work closely with SBS team members on various projects to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Establish clear communication with HAEA on priorities for open and upcoming tickets and projects.
  • Work with HCUV team as their main H.com point of contact for projects and other used vehicle updates
  • Work with other marketing team on H.com updates and other miscellaneous projects (i.e. working with lead management team on Black Book update).

Authority

  • Review and approve MYU (model year update) and Website update creative comps and copy deck.
  • Conduct UAT/QA testing and approve production deployment.

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree required.

Related Experience

  • At least 4-5 years of experience.
  • At least two years of direct experience in planning or business operations in automotive or other consumer facing industry with a detailed understanding of the marketing function and website.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and consumer-facing website.
