We’re looking to hire a Vice President of Brand and Marketing who can bring our credit union’s mission to life through powerful brand storytelling, smart strategy, and people-first leadership.

Starting pay $140-155k annually, commensurate with experience.

Play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced! Grow membership, deepening member engagement, and ensuring consistent and meaningful member experience across all channels. You’ll lead the development of an integrated brand and marketing strategy that supports the growth of key business lines, while building a strong emotional connection between our brand and the people we serve.

Elevate our community impact ensuring our presence in the community is authentic, visible, and aligned with our mission and values.

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation — mentoring and developing staff while delivering results that matter. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will help shape strategic direction and play a central role in the long-term success of our credit union.

We’re looking for a leader who thrives on developing talent, creating clear career pathways, and inspires growth across teams. Proven ability to turn big ideas into actionable strategies.

• Progressive leadership experience in marketing and brand strategy (minimum 5 years at a senior level)
• Experience in financial services or mission-driven organizations is preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational influence, and execution skills
