Conifer Park Outpatient Clinics are designed to provide a broad range of treatment to clients in need of substance use disorder services. Groups and Individual work provide an opportunity for staff to address client's needs based on gender and age, assist those coping with mental health, legal, and other life issues. We are seeking a Clinic Director to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic in Rochester, NY. The Director of OTP Services will be responsible for, but not limited to: directly supervising the staff in the Outpatient Services Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complains and resolving problems. The Director is responsible as well of the continouis development of the relaionships with teh family members and the source and providers in the community; monitors expenses and supervises budgets with teh purpose of acheiving specific financial goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with CASAC Certification or QHP, with 4-6 year’s clinical experience, and minimum of 4 years’ supervisor experience required; or Post Graduate Degree, with QHP License/Certification required, 3-5 years’ clinical experience and 1-3 years’ supervisory experience 

CPR Certification within six month of hire
