Responsibilities 

• Assist with front desk operations and scheduling conference rooms for when guests visit the office
• Manage deliveries, both incoming and out.  
• Manage sign in records for guests and clients visiting the office
• Ensure a welcoming environment for guests and clients visiting the office
• Collaborate with TabaPay Employees to enhance office efficiency
• Assist multiple teams with administrative tasks 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma and/or equivalent certification/experience/training
• Thorough knowledge in administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills, active listening, critical thinking, multi-task and time management skills
• Able to physically lift 45-pounds 

The pay range for this position is $25/hr, This position is open to candidates in our Palo Alto HQ and will require M-F 8-5pm PT.
