The Work You Will Do:
District Construction Compliance Manager / District Six/Director of Operations / District Construction
This position will contribute to the Agency by overseeing the Department’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Laws, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE), the On the Job Training (OJT) Program and Construction Compliance. It monitors the activities of each Resident Engineer’s Compliance Officer and conducts quarterly Contractor Compliance Reviews to ensure contractor’s compliance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. This position also trains and monitors CEI Consultants and assists in monitoring the Department’s compliance with Title VI and related statutes.

Annual Salary Range:
$64,344.59 - $83,269.47
A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $1,248.00 will be added to the annual salary.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Oversees employees by communicating regularly, motivating, training, evaluating and planning and directing employees’ work. Supervises the activities of the District Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Office to ensure that the Department’s policies, procedures and guidelines associated with external EEO Affirmative Action Program are followed.
