KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify applications
- Responsible to capture & assess business requirements and provide design leadership to address impact analysis to process flows, systems impact, and application impact analysis
- Ability to capture and appropriately communicate project business requirements (functional and non-functional requirement)
- Gap Analysis - Business Requirements Evaluation vs. Best-in-Class practices
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years overall IT experience: including 3+ years as a functional business analyst on Salesforce Projects
- Excellent verbal skills and writing skills for requirement and technical documentation and other deliverable documentation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing and related Quote to Cash business processes
- Prefer candidates with experience in user training
