Position Summary:

In the role of a Senior Analyst, Scrum Master supporting Infrastructure delivery, the colleague is responsible for creating Business Intelligence applications to support infrastructure Services.  Using the Microsoft Power Platform provide strategic applications that provide automation, reporting and analytics for Infrastructure Services.  These applications will discover and leverage data providing insight for elevated decision-making that will be used to drive Infrastructure Services forward.  These value-added applications will span Infrastructure Services for Strategic planning, Portfolio Management, Intake, Staffing, Infrastructure Implementation Management, Labor reporting, infrastructure delivery, and infrastructure assets.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Using SAFe Agile best practices to design, develop and deploy applications that will provide business value for the Infrastructure Services teams through continuous iterations
  • Configures software for agile process facilitation to organize daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Utilize MS Power Platform Environment consisting of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate tools to develop applications that will consolidate data from a variety of sources to provide decision making
  • Provide innovation via automation, dashboards, and information distribution
  • Follow a defined application development methodology approach to Gather, Transform, Model, Create, Publish, and Follow-up
  • Utilize a application development methodology that leverages progression among Development, QA, and Production environments to ensure stability
  • Add business value by using scheduled data load automation using Power Automate to relieve resources from constant care and feeding of Excel based reporting
  • Provide dynamic reporting slicers that allow for more detailed level of insight without additional development


Required Qualifications:  

  • 3-5 years in a technical / computer-related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred/Specialized training/Relevant professional qualification

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$64,890.00 - $129,780.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
