Quick / Express Lane Technician Job Responsibilities


Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
Identify basic vehicle concerns and document findings accurately
Communicate inspection results clearly to service advisors
Maintain efficiency while following dealership safety and quality standards
Use dealership systems to record work performed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Participate in training and skill development as assigned


 

Quick / Express Lane Technician Compensation and Benefits

The Quick / Express Lane Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements:


Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance
Production‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
Retention‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced


The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 to $34.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.
