We are looking for someone with experience in the Gambling niche, who has a deep understanding of all processes within the company and can provide recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of the department. Has strong managerial skills and knows how to improve team performance.

What experience is important to us:

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech.

• Understanding of the PSP industry and knowledge of effective channels for finding payment providers.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.

• Experience in setting up payment processing from scratch and managing payment cascading.

• Understanding of payment conversion principles.

• Willingness to attend industry conferences.

• Experience working with payment systems, understanding of payment gateways and processing systems

Will be a plus:

• Experience in fraud monitoring and chargeback handling.

• Management of a P2P payment system.

• Setting up cascading and transaction routing in a Payment Hub.

What you will do:

• Searching for and integrating PSP providers (CIS).

• Conducting competitor analysis.

• Controlling and optimizing payment conversion.

• Monitoring the conversion performance of PSP providers.

• Solving issues arising in the process of interacting with PSP providers.

• Participating in industry conferences.

• Managing a team.
