In this role, you are typically in contact with several other expert teams such as IT, Tax, Legal, HR, etc., making this a highly interesting experience</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Pre-deal, you will focus on the operational perspective during due diligence by rapidly identifying and analyzing key operational risks and opportunities (people, processes, contracts, assets, technologies), possible synergies and improvement potential, set up roadmaps for cost reduction, identify and quantify process and business improvements, analyze different options for potential carve-outs, etc. Often, these projects are in close collaboration with our colleagues </span><span>focussing</span><span> on the Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
