This role is integral to developing and executing world-class messaging across all channels—whether it’s features, newsletter copy, video scripts, internal social posts, or a whole range of long-form and short-form content. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency, clarity, and inspiration in everything we communicate, while collaborating closely with various teams to elevate our messaging and align it with broader Company goals.

As part of a creative, results-driven team, your role will be pivotal in enhancing the employee experience and bringing our brand to life across internal channels. You will write, refine, and optimize content that resonates with our audience, fostering engagement and reinforcing our culture.

This role will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the visibility and impact of executive leadership, including key messages from the CEO of Warner Bros Discovery (including, for example, managing internal and external communications, crafting speeches, writing thought leadership articles, and coordinating high-profile events.) The VP’s main goal will be to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive, and individualized content that drives engagement and builds trust.

  • Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with other writers, designers, marketers, and business partners to brainstorm, develop, and execute new ideas that elevate our internal communications.
  • Refine Messaging: Use feedback from key stakeholders to refine and optimize tactical messaging, ensuring it aligns with both strategic goals and employee needs.
  • Engage and Inspire: Create simple, engaging, and inspiring content that speaks directly to employees, fostering a sense of community, connection, and brand loyalty.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continually innovate and improve the quality of our communications.
