If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</p></div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of Thermal and Climate system features &amp; functions including interfacing and aligning with R&amp;D, electrical architecture, software developers, production, quality and customer experience teams.</li> <li>Responsible for end-to-end development of thermal and climate features &amp; functions including release to program milestones.</li> <li>Responsible for system level definition and requirements for hardware, software, features, functions and architecture. This includes integration at system and component level. Integral liaison between all cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders through system “V” development from concept to launch.</li> <li>E2E responsible for features and functions for thermal and climate systems for the new SDV architecture</li> <li>Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned functions throughout the entire product development lifecycle</li> <li>Responsible for requirement management – define, document and manage all functiona
