Financial Analyst 2 (REMOTE)

The Financial Analyst 2 compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.  This position relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and works under general supervision. 

      1.   Financial Statement Preparation

• Prepares consolidating monthly and quarterly financials.

      2.   Reconciliation/Analysis

• Analyze treasury accounts and processes.
• Reconcile pooled investment managers' accounts to custodian.
• Prepare and reconcile debt schedules to B/S
• Analyze financial statistics.

      3.   Other External Reporting

• Provides information and assistance to external auditors in a manner that ensures timely and efficient audit completion
• Prepares federal, state, and local regulatory reports; including debt instrument, payroll, and sales tax returns, in order to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

     4.   Other Duties as Assigned

• Process bi-weekly payroll

• 3 years of related experience
