Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Management team on tasks connected to the annual Talent Cycle, e.g. Performance management, talent conversations, talent conferenes, and succession planning

  • Design and create learning content, e.g. e-learnings on specific topics, learning newsletter

  • Organize and facilitate virtual events with different target groups

  • Work on strategic HR initiatives, such as Onboarding, competency management, expert career paths

  • Support with Employer Branding activities to strengthen employer brand internally as well as externally

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Team Player

  • Having fun learning and contributing in a global business environment

  • Enjoy working in an international team
