Responsibilities:
Support the Talent Management team on tasks connected to the annual Talent Cycle, e.g. Performance management, talent conversations, talent conferenes, and succession planning
Design and create learning content, e.g. e-learnings on specific topics, learning newsletter
Organize and facilitate virtual events with different target groups
Work on strategic HR initiatives, such as Onboarding, competency management, expert career paths
Support with Employer Branding activities to strengthen employer brand internally as well as externally
Qualifications:
Working towards a Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
Fluent in German and English
Team Player
Having fun learning and contributing in a global business environment
Enjoy working in an international team
