Job Description

Your team

In this position, you will be a part of the Global Service Management team and responsible for managing the Client relationship from security governance perspective throughout the lifecycle of Avaloq SaaS and BPaaS Services for one of our main clients in the banking market. You can expect a demanding and complex international environment which is highly stimulating and encouraging. Your mission

• Act as main counterpart for one of our main clients for all security related topics or issues
• Contribute to the definition of the client specific security baseline and act as single point of contact for client audits execution
• Support on demand specific client audit request linked to the security domain
• Consult and advise internal and external clients about security topics and support the opportunity management process by providing subject matter expertise and support
• Act as a single point of contact for client in case of security incidents
• Escalate criticalities and potential risks to internal security and risk departments
• Manage the Security SLA governance

Qualifications

What you need

• You are an information security expert with experience in customer facing roles (bonus points if experienced in the financial sector)
• Preferably around 8-10 years of experience, of which 3-5 years are in information security
• Experience with security guidelines from financial supervisory authorities such as Germany’s BaFin or European Central Bank
• Experience with security standards or assurance frameworks, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402/PS951, SWIFT CSP , etc.
• Good composure, presentation, and communication skills; fluent in German and English

You will get extra points for the following

• Experience with managing the security of cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Certification as Security Professional or Information Security Auditor
