Job Summary: The Regional Consulting Manager leads a team of consultants/technical experts and engagement managers to deliver high-quality professional services that drive customer success with Neo4j. This role balances team leadership, project delivery, and client relationship management to ensure exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. Working closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the Regional Consulting Manager plays a pivotal role in the company's growth through service excellence and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership and Operations
- Manage and consistently improve project financials, profitability, and revenue forecasting, and services bookings
- Oversee successful execution of consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Scope new projects, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and collaborate with sales teams to effectively scale the business while being customer obsessed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and objectives
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning using metric-driven methodologies
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, manage, and mentor a regional team of consultants, project / engagement managers, and technical specialists
- Drive professional and personal development of team members through skills development, mentoring, and career guidance
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with leaders in sales, customer success, technical support, marketing, product management, and engineering
- Collaborate with professional services peers across regions and geographies to share and improve best practices
- Partner with delivery partners and manage relationships to optimize resource availability and project profitability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree
