PR & Influence Intelligence Senior Project Manager (F/M)

CDD - Short Term contract

 

 

Within the PR & Influence department, the Intelligence senior Project Manager is the key contact for performance analysis & strategic recommandations.

She/he will be in charge to extract information from quantitative data stemming from performance reports, digital platforms and competition analyses to draw informed insights that will help shape the PR & Influence strategy.

Work closely with markets to advice on, develop and execute local influence activations, following central guidance, to ensure innovation, creativity, and coherence, drawing from a culture of performance. 

Research & development on market trends. Lead a curious and proactive monitoring of the influence landscape and market trends – from direct competitors to niche brands – to develop new strategies, content creation opportunities and ways of working with our People of Influence communities.

 

MARKET INFLUENCE ACTIVATIONS

    • Team up with markets to establish KPIs and extract data from digital intelligence platforms to define and report on past, current and upcoming activations
    • Collaborate with PR & Influence Managers at HQ level to develop guidelines for local activations
    • Advice on casting and ongoing contracts
    • Create reporting templates, draw recommendations and adapt strategy
    • Manage product, coverage, logistics and invoicing for activations involving HQ profiles

 

DMR MANAGEMENT

  • Central point of contract between DMR, Cartier and other Richemont teams
    • Onboard new members of the team, assist and lead trainings
    • Accompany merger between DMR and Launchmetrics
    • Manage the DMR user list (creation & removal of user access)
    • Manage the DMR reading list across markets (PRINT/WEB/SOCIAL of titles monitored)
  • Creation of product/celebrity/activation lines in DMR PRINT & WEB
    • Objective: to have the number of clippings per collection
    • How: Brief the DMR team (send the press kits, the #, explanation of the product classification…) before each new collection launch/press activation
  • Supervise monthly clipping approval
    • Objective: to have relevant data for all analysis
    • How: check every month if clippings are not missing and well classified under the right product line in DMR
  • Manage DMR budget & invoices

 

 

TRAACKR MANAGEMENT

  • Central point of contract between Traacker, Cartier and markets
    • Collaborate with other stakeholders in PR department to establish influence KPIs and extract data from the platform to report on past, current and upcoming activations
    • Advice and help create relevant influence and celebrity contracts to include the platform’s capacities (oAuth…)
    • Monitor markets level of enrollment, contracts, usage
    • Roll-out training program for markets and new members of the team
    • Work with Traackr team to develop Cartier|Traackr Playbook – guidelines including Discovery, KPI setting, Campaign Report, Program Analytics, social commerce…
    • Work with market PRs and HQ stakeholders ahead of activations to set-up ad-hoc campaigns
    • Manage Traackr budget and invoicing

 

PRESS WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (Supported by PR Coordinator)

  • Central point of contact between PR department, Creative Communications and external agency who designs and hosts the current press website​
  • Liase with external agency to ensure timely delivery of assets on the site​
  • Work with Senior PR & Influence Manager on the redesign, roll-out and trainings for website​
  • Liaise with Archive & Talent departments for asset rights sections & upload​
  • Liaise with Talent and Entretainment department for dressing-related sections & upload​
  • Develop and research new elements and functionalities for the site
  • Manage press website and external agency budget and invoicing

 

Profil

 

Following a Master’s Degree, you have at least a 5-year experience on the same position in agency or corporate in international & complexe environment (ideally luxury). You already worked with digital monitoring platforms a
