Senior FP&amp;A Manager - International<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job title: Senior FP&amp;A Manager</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Dublin, Isle of Man or London</p><p></p><p><b>Overview of the role: </b></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Head of Finance, an exciting opportunity has been opened in the International FP&amp;A Team.  This position is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and completion of reports to support Key Stakeholders understand historical performance and make business decisions for the long-term success of the business.</p><p></p><p>Working in a small team, with managerial responsibility of managers/analysts, you will be responsible for providing quality reports on a highly complex c$11bn turnover division, across 5 worldwide regions, each with multiple brands and revenue verticals.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do: </b></p><ul><li><p>End to end monthly flash process</p></li><li><p>Periodic management reporting – commenting on performance versus prior year and latest forecast</p></li><li><p>External reporting support - with particular focus on quarterly reporting for the purposes of investor/public consumption</p></li><li><p>Internal reporting support - Preparing financial material for quarterly results presentations for divisional CEO/CFO</p></li><li><p>Coordination and compilation of the International Board Report</p></li><li><p>Enhancing consistency and conformity to international reporting standards (unified templates and ways of working)</p></li><li><p>Tracking of one-offs, luck &amp; other performance impacting drivers</p></li><li><p>Oversee variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes</p></li><li><p>Manage the monthly consolidation and reporting of financial results to executives and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Owner of divisional cashflow, improving efficiency, accuracy of process while improving governance and oversight.</p></li><li><p>Point of contact for divisional stakeholders in the business (Legal, Compliance, Tax etc.)</p></li><li><p>Leverage the relationship with regional partnering team’s to enable efficient ways of working</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll bring: </b></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of the sports betting and iGaming industries, market dynamics, and Flutter’s competitive landscape</p></li><li><p>Ability to use Flutter’s software suite to build complex financial models and present analysis into report format with commentary</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels across the organisation with clarity, impact and relevance</p></li><li><p>Driven individual with ability to work in a team/ on their own, ability to prioritise and manage various workloads and delivery quality work to meet tight deadlines</p></li><li><p>Ability to motivate and educate managers/analysts with a view to succession planning</p></li><li><p>Forward thinking mindset to anticipate reporting challenges and drive continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant preferable with 8+ years’ experience</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of US GAAP &amp; IFRS essential</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of EPM, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Word, Excel essential</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why choose us:</b></p><p></p><p>Aside from a generous base salary, we have a fantastic benefits &amp; rewards program that is designed to encourage personal and career development.</p><p>For more details specific to your location, please get in touch with the Talent Acquisition team.</p><p></p><p><b>Equal opportunities:</b></p><p></p><p>At Flutter International we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where our people can be their authentic selves and thrive.
