About the project

The client is an Energy Bills Management tool with advanced data analytics and AI features that will allow end users to manage energy bills efficiently, plan expenses, optimize and customize assets, and choose tariff plans.

The project's goal is to implement Conversational AI, which will take on the role of effective human-like interaction between complex data analytics and end-users. Implementing Conversational AI will significantly improve the user experience and optimize their expenses. For energy providers, this will improve product metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention, and LTV, reduce debts, and cut costs on user support.

The role of the Neurons Labs team is to develop, customize, and operationalize an Agent, which will act as an interface between data analytics, LLMs, and users.

Duration: 10 weeks

Areas of Responsibility

Technical Leadership: The Principal will be responsible for providing technical direction for the project, making key technical decisions, and ensuring the technical feasibility of the proposed solution.
Team Management: The Principal will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring all members are effectively contributing, resolving any issues or conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Project Management: The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the project's progress, ensuring it stays on track and within scope, and managing any risks or issues that arise.
Stakeholder Communication: The Principal will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including the customer, to provide updates on the project's progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
Quality Assurance: The Principal will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the application, including its functionality, performance, usability, and security.
