We are looking for an experienced manager to lead the team of Frontend and Mobile Engineers, collaborating to create powerful and stable solutions that support a product with over a dozen million active users.

We are looking for people who:

• Can and want to take care and responsibility for their team’s development, have excellent communication skills, and value the "servant leadership" approach
• Have the ability to manage and build relationships in a team of skilled engineers and across closely collaborating teams
• Have hands-on experience with either mobile (Android or iOS) or web front-end development
• Can listen, motivate and provide constructive feedback as well as select adequate development activities for their team
• Have experience in leading teams working with the use of agile methodologies
• Can present the necessary technical work in the context of business risks
• Are able to work closely with the business (can reconcile technical and business issues) and care about business results

• Enjoy constant developing and updating their knowledge
• Know English language on at least B2 level (experience in managing English-speaking team members is a plus)
