You will bring: 

• At least a high school diploma or preferably an associate’s degree in a STEM related discipline, or 3-5 years in a machining/manufacturing environment.
• Must possess the ability to read English and comprehend technical writing as can be found in customer specifications and other relevant documentation. 
• Must have good math skills and be proficient at operating computers including the use of Google ® or Microsoft ® applications.
• Basic understanding of composite products, the composite industry including resin families, fibers, test methods, and statistics.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong knowledge of composite materials covering a range of matrix & reinforcement technologies.
• Experience with composite panel fabrication, machining, or using universal test machines (MTS, Instron, Zwick, etc.) and data acquisition software (Test Suite, Blue Hill, Test Xpert, etc.) 
•  Maintain and improve Syensqo’s product evaluation efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide testing & evaluation support to internal and external customers.
• Assure all coupon dimensions are to spec. Work collaboratively at all times to support all functions, customers, and suppliers.
•  Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. Manage projects and project documentation to an externally
• auditable level.
• Participate in LEAN improvements and FOD Reduction activities.
•  Communicate responsibly with engineers, scientists, and lab supervisors to make sure customer-specific needs
• are met.

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $50-55K. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
