Senior IT Business Analyst

- Understand and emphasis on business intelligence best practices from choosing the best tools, sources, to formatting outputs appropriate for audience
- Bring your passion for analyzing complex datasets and converting them into information, which drives people decisions
- Work with data engineers to tackle technical challenges associated with building fast and interactive visualizations on large datasets
- Maintain best in class infrastructure through evaluations and proof of concepts with cutting edge of visualization technology and frameworks
- Take on a number of new project initiatives as an individual contributor that have the potential to grow into more sizable engineering efforts in the future

We will count on you to:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis base on MMC Enterprise Architecture
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Prepare functional Specification documents and Configuration documents, User manuals, etc.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, support and guidance to team members
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements and align with MMC Enterprise Architecture
- Performing user acceptance testing and training
- Updating and implementing MMC solution
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Provide post project implementation production support
What you need to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 5 of experience in business analysis, a related field, or complimentary training program.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Advanced technical skills, oracle configuration and functional testing.
- Excellent documentation and training skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Experience participating in top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
